Subject: Pregnant mom needs vitamin advice

I would appreciate any advice I could share with my friend who has just

learned she is pregnant. She is an over 40 mom with 2 almost grown children.

Any supplement advice would be appreciated. Even brand names of items she could

check out would be helpful. The prenatal vitamin she was given doesn't list

ingredients and she doesn't feel comfortable taking it since it may have wrong

form of B12, etc. She is trying to ensure best health for the new child after

watching me and others with their ASD/vitamin deficient children.
