Guest guest
Unfortunely, bladder weakness IS an MS thing. All I know is that my neurologist asks me about bladder changes, EVERY time I see him. Guest guest
HI AND WELCOME WELL, ARE YOU MALE OR FEMALE? MEN HAVE LESS URINATION TROUBLE WITH MS FROM WHAT I'M TOLD. AND YES, THEY ARE COMMON. THERE ARE A FEW PILLS YOU CAN TAKE BUT IN MY EXPERIENCE, THEY WORKED FOR A FEW WEEKS AND STOP. SOME SELF CATH, OTHERS USE DIAPERS AS MY SIS REFERS TO EM. I'M FEMALE SO I CAN ONLY TELL YOU MY EXPERIENCE. THIS IS A VERY INDIVIDUAL DISEASE SO IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO GIVE YOU EXACTS. FOR MYSELF, AN EXACERBATION USUALLY CONSISTS OF LOTS OF STUFF LIKE VISION ISSUES WORSE THAN THEY USUALLY ARE TO THE EXTENT OF LOSS OF VISION IN ONE OR RARELY BOTH EYES, LOSS OF ANY STRENGTH IN HANDS, ARMS AND FEET N LEGS, MY HEARING DISAPPEARS SOMETIMES BUT THAT ONE IS RARE FOR ME, MY MEMORY IS HORRIBLE THESE DAYS N JUST STAYS LIKE THAT, MY BLADDER AND BOWEL GET BAD IF I'M FLARED UP,UMMM, I ALSO LOSS SWALLOWING ABILITY. THE WORST IS WHEN I GO TO SLEEP FINE TO WAKE UP WITH EITHER VISION LOSS OR UNABLE TO MOVE. OR BOTH EVEN. IT'S FRIGHTENING BUT LIFE THESE DAYS, YA KNOW. I HOPE THIS HELPS AND I THINK I HIT ALL MY MOST COMMON THINGS. DONNA C
Guest guest
Memory problems? Ha. I has a SERIOUS memory-related exacerbation; the doc actually put me on Altzheimer's drugs! (And Aricept isn't impressive, but great but Aricept PLUS Namenda IS great!) I'm fine now, though. Meredith donna chopyak wrote: HI AND WELCOME WELL, ARE YOU MALE OR FEMALE? Guest guest
, It DOES sound like MS, I hate to say. Are you particularly tired? Maybe THAT will show up later! For me, the fatigue is the worst of it! Meredith Sent from my BlackBerry wireless handheld.
