No excuse for rudeness. Not to defend her but...they are under the gun now..The doctor is moving not only the offices but also moving his family (selling house, buying house etc) that with the holidays, I am sure the stress factor is great. They are overwhelmed with calls and there is only one him. Again - so sorry, do not judge him by her..she is new to all this and was not very helpful when we wanted info pre-op ( I think this must come from her obvious inexperience in this particular field) - maybe a change will happen soon within his office. Don't give up - maybe someone out there has a list of others who do these same operations and the load can be shared amongst those few who know how to diagnosed and operate on Chiarians and/or with cervical stenosis.
