Removal of Stones

Hello. When I was first diagnosed, I spoke to a lot of doctors, including a few

M.D.s who work with natural methods. One doctor I spoke to used to be a

surgeon. His explanation when I asked if my stones could be removed is that is

what surgeons used to do. However, the stones just came back, so because of

this recurrence of stones, the medical profession opted for removing the

gallbladder once and for all instead of subjecting people to multiple, recurring

surgeries.

This may be why they say it has not been " proven effective. " The doctor

explained to me that no one will remove just the stones because of this. They

consider it irresponsible. I know there's been lots said about m.d.s and their

greed. That may be the case in some cases. However, I feel many are just

ignorant of other ways, natural ways, dietary therapies, hydrotherapies, etc. I

don't like passing judgment on someone like that. I will pass judgement on

their methods and choose better for myself, but to decide their motives is

another matter.

Now, you wouldn't want just your stones removed because I think it would be

major surgery, not the little incisions that they do. Also, it is the dietary

and lifestyle changes that will cure you eventually. Having the fear of pain

hanging over your head is an incredible motivator for change! I think that just

having the stones removed is like giving a gambler a ton of money. It won't do

him any good as he'll just gamble it away!

Hey, has anyone tried the Hallelujia Diet? Someone just gave me a book with

lots of interesting raw food recipes. I am fascinated with what can be done

with raw food. One doctor had recommended I eat 75% raw food, and this book is

a godsend!
