Well, I've just started (finished 3 cleanses so far), so I can't really say. My hunch, though, is that any sustained weight loss that I will experience will be more from changes in dietary habits that are resulting from cleansing. If I'm still on the list in six months I'll let you know what change has happened, weightwise.
Guest guest
Hi Janet, I'd lost about 10 lbs. prior to having gallbladder surgery (over two months ago). Since then, I've done 4 liver cleanses, and have gained back only five pounds of the 10 I originally lost. However, I've been following a stricter diet, in the sense that I'm eating less fat, and I'm more discriminating about what kinds of fat I eat. I'm also eating a lot more fruit and veggies, and a lot less sugar. I'm currently 127 lbs., at 5'5 " tall. I think my weight is maintained by diet and exercise, rather than being influenced by the liver cleanse(I guess).
