We got an approval letter in the mail but it didn't say anything about DME or EPA and it didn't have a $ amount. Then, I started getting bills from Cranial Tech. When I called Cigna to find out what was going on they just said that the customer service rep who gave me that information on the phone made a mistake and they would "take it up with her supervisor". I was supposed to get a call back today but of course didn't. Ugghh. I'm just so mad. Don't they have to follow any kind of protocol? follow any standards of consistency?! I'm definitely filing an appeal and my brother is an attorney so hopefully he can help some, too. What happened in your case?
