Yes, I think it is a pretty good house. Houses are very expensive in San Diego area. It was almost twice what our house here in Arizona cost. We didn't get as nice of a house as we had, but the location is good and I can fix it up and do some remodelling. I like to do those things anyway.

We move Feb. 8th so will be settled by time Christian arrives. I'll send you my address after we move.
