Cancer Insurance with Conseco?

I was wondering if any had any experience/advice they would be willing

to share about Conseco. I have had a Cancer policy with them for

several years, and now that my Dh has been diagnosed, I am wondering

how they are going to be to deal with as far as claims are concerned.

The salesmen always talk a good game when they come to our office, but

so far....

Just wondering if anyone has any advice on how to deal with making sure

all the claims get submitted from the multitude of directions that

bills seem to come from. We have group health insurance (that's why I

stay at a job I hate), but there will be a period of time when he is

off work with no pay, so we are hoping this policy will take up some of

the slack. So I need to be pro-active, rather than having to chase

loose ends while I need to be spending energy and time helping him

recuperate.
