Guest guest
Do eggs really muck with cholesterol levels? The carton says 1 egg provides 71% of the RDA of cholesterol. I know RDA isn't very accurate. But my mother thinks I should be careful with my consumption of eggs. How much is too much? I've had up to 6 eggs in one day. (btw-her cholesterol level is 300, despite her taking Lipitor!) Thank you, Tonya
