I poked her but she wouldn't answer so I kicker her. I had to get her attention. She wasn't listening to me. I only kicked her three times. " Sound familiar anyone? I must have spent thirty minutes talking to deaf ears. " No kicking. No hitting. No biting. No spitting. Ever. It is not allowed. At nine years old you get sent to your room. At nineteen you get sent to jail. " " But, but, but, it's not my faul!!! She wasn't paying attention! " " You are responsible for your own actions. You choose how to act. You make a poor choice. Kicking is not allowed. " " BUT IT'S NOT MY FAULT! " said he really thinks doesn't get it. It just didn't connect for him. One step forward, two steps back I guess.
