does anyone know why there isnt more CT locations thru out the us? i know the treatment isnt new i just curious if anyone knew they there aer soo few in some areas or none in others

They are definitely expanding, but I think it's a matter of growing their company responsibly. They can't just put up a bunch of clinics over night or it may have a negative impact on their overall organization.
