we are safe - anyone else from Minneapolis?

Just a short note to send out to people that Ben and I are safe. We

frequently travel over the interstate highway bridge that collapsed into

the river. We could have easily have been on it when it collapsed last

night because it's only 2 miles from our house and we use it to go to

our friend Larry's house. So far no one I know was on it, but I feel

for the families and friends of those that were. It's very shocking and

stunning and upsetting. I was afraid to drive home from Larry's house

last night, but we made it home safe, taking interstate 94.
