We all know where you are right now. It can be frustrating at best. Do you have a doctor that you like? That's one of the biggest components. Sometimes it's hard to find a doctor who not only believes that FMS exists but is willing to treat the pain. I look forward to getting to know you. Post often (if you can) and ask questions. It may take a bit of time for a response as we all have those days when it all seems to be too much. I'm sure eventually you will get those questions answered.
