Hi , You mentioned that the acupunturist might be able to fix my magnesium problem. I was wondering if there is anything specific you want me to tell him. I am planning to find some money for an appt in my 1/15 paycheck. Reason being the magnesium problem is worse than I thought. As you know, I am trying a new brand of colloidal minerals, which seems to be high quality. I took it every morning for five days. My sleep disturbances became intolerable, but it took me five days to put two and two together. I was down to 1 or 2 hours of sleep per night. I have been able to tolerate whatever magnesium is in the GOL multi, and I also tolerated the Nature's Sunshine colloidal minerals. But apparently the new brand has either more

magnesium or a different type. The label says 31 mg of magnesium. How could 31 mg make me so agitated and anxious and a total raving insomniac? Yesterday I did not take the minerals at all, and slept for 8 hours last night. Still not really rested, but much calmer. I ate turkey twice yesterday, so maybe that helped my sleep, and I took extra calcium and extra ginkgo, b/c the night before was a nightmare, with only 2 hours of sleep. Thanks,
