bc/bs hmo may only be paying in Wisconson, but any information on

Heidi,

Have you been to the DATABASE section of the group? There are two

databases on Insurance that can help you find out if any BCBS plans

paid for the band. You can sort the databases by " provider " by

clicking on that column header. I did see some listings for BCBS

PPOs.

My messages are taking so long to post, someone else may already

have responded to you about the Insurance Databases... if so, sorry!

Also, have you already looked through the FILES and LINKS section?

There may be some helpful advice in dealing with your particular

denial.

What state is your policy out of? I had BCBS PPO of Alabama pay 90%

of our DOCband.

Yes, I did look at is but not allot of BC/BS HMO listed, some BC/BS

but doesn't say if it is HMO, PPO, POS

I am looking for trends.
