dear kim,

hi there. i spoke to catherine and she said to try the GOL in very

small doses. i took just one GOL and really noticed some stimulation.

she said that if that happened, i should try to get vitamin Bs in

natural food sources, like brewer's yeast and etc. should i just try

to take the other vitamins and minerals supplements to match the GOL

vitamin? thanks.
