,

You can get yogurt without sugar. Don't eat the kind with sugar. Get

the kind with active yougurt cultures. You can sweeten it with fruit,

stevia, or a little honey.

recommends calcium to everyone . You read about it in

the Basic healing Protocol, in the Files.

Blessings,

Kim

Speaking of yogurts-

The Royal Hospital Belfast has asked me to take BENECOL® the

one with plant sterols and stanols as part of a protocol to lower my

Cholesterol.

I was wondering if could comment on the likely hood of them

contributing even partially to lowering Cholesterol.

My triglycerides are high too

I WONT take statins. !!!

Pleased to report that R V H has prescribed fish oils

More Vitamin C, .

Cholesterol isn't the problem. Cholesterol is the body's attempt to

repair weakened artery walls. Vit C is thought to contribute to

strengthening the artery walls, as it is a necessary ingredient for

producing collagen.

www.vitamincfoundation.org

http://www.thincs.org/

(the international netwrk of cholesterol skeptics)

Fish oil helps also, as the Omega-3s contibute to producing healthy cell walls.

Oh I also forgot to mention that if H DL (good Cholesterol)

remained low the R V H mentioned trying nicotinic acid (niacin vit

b3)

Its nice to get the fish oils on prescription as for me they are

free of £ paid for by our health service.

I do take vic C..........wondering should I take some more, can you

suggest a reasonable ammount.

how much do you take now?

a formula for you:

folate, b12, choline, betaine along with those mentioned above.

the choline can be gotten in foods. the rest, try supplementing.

foods with choline (from highest content to lowest, but still

significant content):

beef liver, chicken liver, eggs, wheatgerm, pork.

I mix cinnamon, half a sliced banana and some chopped raw almonds into plain yogurt. This actually tastes like pudding or dessert b/c my taste buds have adapted to having no sugar (except fresh fruit) __________________________________________________
