Guest guest
Bowel trouble is a hard one, so to speak. Sorry, don't mean to make light of it but we must laugh for our sanity, don't you think? Where are your lesions, Bill? A lot of people with Transverse Myelitis have a very difficult time with bowel 'evacuation' because of the muscles not working any longer. It might help you to join the Transverse Myelitis group online. They are a great group and you can ask absolutely anything and get a good answer. I was first dxed with Transverse Myelitis and that group was my salvation. They were wonderful. When I've had MS stuff happen that others here don't have an answer for I have turned back to the TMIC (Transverse Myelitis Internet Club). Sharon therapy for your MS? Guest guest
I have emailed her before from her web page and she emailed me back. http://www.kellygirlsutton.com/ I caught one of our TV news reporter interviewing her and she raced in Indianapolis that weekend and also talking with people with MS. I didn't know at that time she even raced. She takes Copaxone. Her car was sponsored by Copaxone. Here is a video clip of her racing on Youtube. She wrecked in this video. Guest guest
Bill, I have not done this for a while now but need to start again. It improves my abs when I do single and double leg raises. I am in my recliner a lot and that is where I do them. I just do what I can, as often as I can. This started as part of my stretching routine but I found it to help so I started doing it more often. I do not know if this would help you but it should not hurt. Good luck.
