Guest guest
Dear , Thank you for the welcome. Well, I'm slowly beginning and I now understand that the process is very slow. I'll write as I have questions, if that is okay. Lynn Re: re: how to get off Ativan Hi Lynn, The only way to get off any of these drugs is by making very tiny cuts. You would reduce the Ativan by no more than 5%, then wait until you feel stable before cutting again. Perhaps 2-3 weeks, but your body should be your guide. If I remember, the Ativan pills are pretty small, so you might need to go a liquid titration. There are instructions for that in the Files section of our group homepage. The Files also contain suggestions for things you can do to be a little more comfortable while withdrawing but insomnia has been a fact of life for many of us here. I am sleeping better than I was at first. There is hope. Welcome to the group, Yahoo! DSL Something to write home about. Guest guest
Hi Lynn, Excellent. I think the first step is understanding that it is going to take time. The past year has been one of the best investments I've ever made. Keep asking questions. Yahoo! DSL Something to write home about.
