Guest guest
Hello Mordechai, is temporarily offline, so I am filling in and relaying questions to her. I think it is important to address the headaches, rather than the sleeping, as the headaches are the primary symptom. When did these headaches start? Do you know what is causing them? Do they seem to be related to any particular foods or supplements or situations? Do they happen every day? What time do they seem to start--is there a pattern? How long do they last? On a scale of 1-10, where 1 is no pain and 10 is pain so severe it makes one wish to die, where do these headaches fall? How badly are the headaches affecting her sleep? Please be specific. How many hours is she sleeping during the night? During the day? In the meantime, magnesium is helpful for relaxing--it often makes people sleepy. I hestitate to make any other recommendations, knowing that this is a complex case and has already given a protocol. Please tell we are all wishing her well!
