I know we have more but off the top of my head we have 2 members

currently using Dr Blecher's band. You can look under, PHOTOS, OUR

PLAGIO KIDS, ADAM, and/or WILLOW, to see what they look like. Both

children have been doing exceptionaly well with their bands.

If the band fits correctly is should not bother your son at all,

sleeping or otherwise. Since they are custom made they are

comfortable. You will take the band off for an hour or so a day and

most parents do this at bath time. Keep us posted and welcome to the

group.

Hello again

Just another update.

Willow never even cried during casting. She fussed, but waited till

it was over to cry. Was kind of funny and everything was done in

less than 10minutes. (Don't forget your camara). Then we had about

a week wait and the helmet got fitted for Willow. It was a perfect

fit. We did have some red spots to start out with, but all it took

was to massage those spots out a bit and they went away. Willow

slept in her helmet about an hr after receiving it and it never

seemed to bother her one bit. When she gets tired she gets mad and

pulls it down into her face, but other than that she is doing

great. Dr. Blecher is the best too. He is always there for

questions and or conserns and if need be will even meet you at the

clinic on weekends to adjust. Did that for us. Willow had a major

growth spurt in the first week and he adjusted the helmet right

away. We had to call him on the weekend and he gave me the feeling

that it was totally ok to do so and that he wants to be called if

there is a problem. He REALLY cares about what he is doing so he

will never give you the feeling that you are an overly conserned Mom

which i KNOW I am. ha ha Anyway good luck and keep us updated on

Pieter's progress. I know he will be doing great under Dr.

Blecher's care. If you have anymore ?s you can contact me whenever.

My daughter is 5 1/2 mos and just got fit with DOC band. We have had

to have it off her now while we wait for adjustment (red spot) on

Mon. But even with that she didn't mind. She slept, played, ate all

those usual 5 mo. things I had thought nursing would be awkward for

her or me but even breastfeeding was still the same. She likes to rub

her eyes when she gets tired and she did seem to notice it then but

she just patted it and found her eyes! Good Luck. and
