Guest guest
I've never seen the ab dolly infomercial. Is it anything like the ab roller? At least I think that's what it is called.
Guest guest
I bought the " ab dolly " off an infomercial and actually love it. It has made a definite difference in my tummy area in the first two weeks. I definitely feel it working and am glad I purchased it. -Marlena in DC > You seem to be doing great! Guest guest
I brown my pork chops then bake them slowly so they get nice and tender. Have your tried the Ragu's Classic Alfredo sauce? It only has 3 carbs in 1/4 of a cup. Last night I had some on brocolli. Very good. Why not try a little on the pork chops. Laverne
Guest guest
Also the Five Brothers Classic Alfredo sauce in the jar is awesome and very low in carbs, don't have one now so I'm not sure what the count is.... Cheryl Ü << Laverne, Have you checked that sauce for any hint of added sugars? Most processed foods have added sugar, even though the carb count looks low, you need to read the labels to see what ingredients really are in it... It may have none, I'm not sure, I don't buy that kind of stuff since I don't eat pasta anymore, but, it's always good to check. =) >>

That's for dinner I fry mine in the skillit with plenty of butter and some salt and pepper, sometimes some garlic or onion salt... they come out delicious! =) Love and Hugs, Kelli from Texas =) 234/212/125 Atkins 8/26/

Guest guest
Hi Kelli, I threw the jar away so I can't look at the ingredients so I'll have to check next time. I don't eat it very often just when i get bored with the same old , same old. I don't buy to much of that stuff but it is nice for a change and still has to be better than sugar. Thanks for reminding me of those hidden carbs though. To bad we have to worry about that stuff. Why can't they put the true carb count on the jar? Have a great day.
