Guest guest
, It is so interesting to hear about the dreams. I have been remembering dreams recently more than usual and have been waking every 2-3 hours. I thought I had heard once that if you dream all night that you have not reached REM. It really does effect the FOG. Although I think I am in the fog all the time!!! Tina is on methadone and it is giving her alot of pain relief but she's finding out that certain drugs don't go well with it...Like trazadone..Really had her freaked out last night...couldn't sleep but was sleepy...but for some reason afraid to go to sleep, so I had to sit up with her and try to keep her clam till she could sleep. She's probably at a 3 on a pain level but finding it hard to stay awake. Then over sleeps which increases the fibro fog.. My Dr. said if you dream and remember them you're not getting the right sleep or reaching REM cycles. Which will contribute to your fibro fog and fatigue. I know with the passing of my two Uncles in this past week and all the travel I've done it will take us both ahile to get back into a rhythm of dialy living that will support good sleep and everything that comes with that.Gentle Hugs.... K1. While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general.2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better.Have a nice day everyone.
