s/l puriculitis: see if you hear pruritis or folliculitis

s/l exociation would probably be excoriation.

I'm not sure about the thoracularly.. I don't think that's word... perhaps

he's trying to say in the thoracic area. Hope this helps. :)

Probably leiomyoma per Stedman's:

A benign neoplasm derived from smooth (nonstriated) muscle.

Holly, This would not be a leiomyoma because she had said that it was malignant

and a leiomyoma is benign (per the definition you gave). It is malignant

glioma. Margaret

This one took a few minutes, but now I think it is aorta-PICA bypass, a bypass

from the aorta to the PICA, which unfortunately could be several different

arteries, including the posterior inferior cerebellar, posterior inferior

communicating, or the posterior internal cerebral artery. Therefore I think I

would leave it as aorta-PICA bypass, but please be sure that you can hear aorta

where you have o-tah. That's my opinion, Margaret

s/l o-tah PICA bypass.

Thanks..

Delinda, I have never heard fixtours activities or anything like that. How

about vigorous activities. Just a thought, Margaret

>>> 04/09/01 11:52AM >>>

The doc dictates that tingling and numbness is worse at night and

with fixtours activities.

I know what he means by fixtours (using he hand in a fixed positoin

such as driving) but how do you spell this word? Fixtours is not

correct.

HELP!!!
