By all means!

He's got so much energy I don't think he knows what to do with himself

sometimes....so he is constantly hopping around, shuffling his feet and

flapping his hands.

, when Putter was like that at his absolute worst, around three and a

half, I joined the Y during the Christmas break, knowing that I would not

survive the holidays otherwise. It was great. We went swimming every day

for about two years; now we go less often but still pretty often. But

Putter has calmed down a bit and I can function without exhausting him.

At that same time, the same Christmas, my sister Alix bought him a

mini-trampoline and I got him a very nice ballpit. Those things kept me

sane.

I think someone mentioned a sensory diet.. That might help...Try giving him

housework to do and make it fun. I know, sounds odd but it's a good way to

use that energy....lifting laundry baskets, mopping the floor, etc.etc.

I think I listed these somewhere, and I KNOW there is a site somewhere that

lists them. Anyone know it?

Bringing back some memories.....

Things we used to do, without realizing we were doing it:

Mc's playplace!

Hiking...walks in the woods are good, but if you can hike...DO IT!

sledding

swimming (I have to quint-ditto this)

video games (if he's play)

Good Luck!
