Ughhh Bus Transportation.

Ok so the bus shows up this morning after I already told them I was

taking since they couldn't get him home till 3:15 when he gets out at

2. I'm not letting him sit on a bus that long. Anyway, the guy pulls up we

tell him that we aren't going to use the bus and I made both the county and

globe (the bus company) aware of this before the holidays. Well this guy

about had a fit, he had to go out of his way to get to our house, yadda

yadda yadda. Dh tells the guy to leave that this is between him and globe

not him and us.

To top it off it's him and 8 little children on the bus, where the heck

was the aide. No carseat for . This guy said to me that he's 3 and on

buses you don't need a seat. This was at the point I thought about letting

him go with him, seemed egar. I said he's 3 and would be all over this

bus without a seat and I don't care about county law I care about my son.

Ughh called globe waiting for them to call me back. I was a little ticked

and asked to speak to the head of the department.

Anyway we get to the school and would have been the last pick up and

the guy drives 5 miles out of his way to go back to 211 which cost him

almost 15 mins in time . Needless to say he took the long way, no wonder my

son would have been on the bus for over and hour. Whoever gives these bus

drivers direction is a moron.

What a bunch of crud!! Is this a special ed bus or general school bus?

Obviously he has not dealt with autistic kids before. I would never send

Ebony without a seat and she is four. She would be running around the van

and having a great time. What a dimwit!!
