experimental method to estimate course of MS ?

Hello friends, i want to know is there any experimental methos to

estimate course of MS ?

foe example i hear that when MS begin with optic neuritis, it is

probably good MS and not disability MS. is it true? does anybody have

experience about this matter and course of MS?

I wonder the same.I think everyone is different.sometimes people have rrms and

quickly move to progressive,and some stay relapsing.its the uncertainty of the

disease.or I have also heard and it makes sense on how you do once you are

started on treatment.like some are real sick and then they start treatment and

get a little better and stay stable.I havnt been dx'd yet,and my neuro thinks I

have devics.im real sick right now ,but I am excited to start treatment because

I have spoke to people who are as sick as me and once they start treatment they

get a little better.thats what im praying for and i will pray the same for

you.are you really sick?what are they calling your type of ms?hugs,
