I too am very very stiff in the morning I sleep up-stairs and boy is it scary trying to come down the stairs in the morning.. Is there any palce where you live that has a free clinic or a clinic with what they call a sliding fee.. You could look in your phone book under state agencies, Health Department for a place to call. They should be able to give you some information.
