I am reading so much now. I just am anxious to make it work! I got upset when I saw that I gained on my first day. I guess that is somewhat normal until the fat starts burning. Thanks again. My MD recommended this WOE to me......he is on it and so is his wife. He recommends it to all of his patients and has a very high success rate!!! When you subscribed to this list, you were automatically (or should have been) sent a list of great low carb links. You'll get lots of ideas, inspiration, motivation, and information on tons of low carb subjects just from exploring those links. And, our list members just love to offer support and advice. You can gain after one day because sometimes gains and losses don't immediately show up, so a gain after one day is probably from all those high carb foods you just had to have yet before starting.
