Guest guest
Hi all, I have a question about the formulation of LDN. My son has been on LDN for about two years now and doing well. He has ADHD< Asperger's, Asthma, hypothyroidism and more.... Due to loss of income, I recently switched from Lee Silsby Pharmacy, who does not take my insurance and has high shipping costs, to a local compounding pharmacy who does take my insurance. The new pharmacy is willing to work with me and is very open minded. My question is this, we are seeing a deterioration in behavior and overall health. I am wondering if this could be due to a difference in the LDN formulary. Does anyone know what the best base is to mix the LDN in.I believe ours is currently mixed in Emu oil. Also, I have noticed on the LDN website, that they use capsules. What, if any, differences are there in using capsules vs topical cream? I hate for finances to play a role in this, but the reality is that I have to not only provide his medication, but food and housing. The pharmacy is open to suggestions and learning. Thanks in Houston
