withdrawal from prozac

I am on my 3rd week of quitting prozac cold turkey. The first two weeks I felt great, but this week I am tired, anxious, dizzy, and have some numbness in my face. Does anyone have any ideas of things to try to feel better. I have found that getting on the treadmill and sweating helps, but it is so hard when I feel so lousy. Thanks. Lana
