Make sausage stuffing

Fry up your sausage crumbles, mix with a couple tablespoons almond flour,

sautee'd onions, etc etc. It's delish and often disappears before the usual

stuffing.

<< famous Atkins Rolls >>

Hello, I am new to the list. My name is a and I am here to learn about

the Atkins diet and how I can be successful in losing weight. I just started

the diet a week ago. I was inspired by my aunt who has lost 40 lbs so far and

looks fabulous. So please bear with me, I will probably be asking alot of

questions. First onw- I am interested in the Atkins Rolls, would someone

mind sharing?

Kris

Kris,

For the Atkins Rolls recipe (and some other good ones) just click on the

link below to our Files Section's Frequenly Asked For Recipes folder.

And, the best advice I can give you for getting started on this WOE is to

get Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution book and read, read, read! It's a

wonderful explanation of how it works, and Chapter 8 is dedicated to the

Induction portion of the plan.

Welcome to the list!

Terry
