Happy Sunday! :)

........he did exhibit periods of atrial flutter with 2:1 block.......I can't

find this, and I'm wondering if it's 2:1 or two-to-one block?

Any takers?

Thanks!

According to the American Heart Association it is written as 2:1.

From their website:

The most common conduction ratio in patients with untreated atrial flutter is

2:1 AV block, which produces the typical ventricular rate of 150 beats/min.

When I did a google search on this everything I read had it written as 2:1.
