ROFL!! She's probably already explained their phone service, or lack of... But I remember when she'd call me, only at certain times of the day and when the cell phone would actually work out there. It had to be certian times of the day day partly because of when it was light and warmest outside. LOL Then she'd sit on the front porch, very still so as not to lose the connection, holding the phone to her ear with one hand, the other arm up over/around her head, holding the antenna for better reception. If anyone walked within so-much distance, the connection was lost. LOL And I remember she'd told me she'd washed her hair and didn't have time for it to try before calling me and her head froze.
