Guest guest
It sounds like Zithromine one time, then Dizithpromine another time...same drug, just cannot get it. Thanks. Bev This is a 34-year-old white female with migraine headaches, tension headaches, depression, anxiety, reversible airway disease on Inderal-LA 120 mg 1 q.day, Percocet #100 per month, Albuterol MDI 2 puffs q.i.d. p.r.n., epam 5 mg t.i.d. p.r.n., tried s/l " ??Dizithpromine " on last visit. The patient went from 25 mg up to 50 mg q.h.s., could not go any higher and has not had significant improvement in her headaches, in fact, just feels that the s/l " ??Zithromine " caused worsened headaches and also patient notes increased problem with nausea after every time she took the medicines. Guest guest
Holly, I'm not sure how you do things where you work, but desipramine is generic so should not be capitalized unless you work for one of those places that has you capitalize everything. The brand name is Trazodone for those who are curious. This drug is for the Tx of depression and it does come in 25 mg and 50 mg. Hope this helps!
