Is this the link to the page you are talking about? I'm going to add

this link to the LINKS section, INSURANCE folder. I thought I'd seen

it somewhere before, but I'm going to add it to the insurance folder

just to be sure.

Aetna considers the use of a cranial remodeling band as durable

medical equipment medically necessary for moderate to severe

positional head deformities associated with premature birth,

restrictive intrauterine positioning, cervical abnormalities, birth

trauma, torticollis (shortening of the sternocleidomastoid muscle) and

sleeping positions in children after 4 months and before 18 months of
