Hi, Jo...well, I'm a non-tekkie. I use plain ol' fashioned paper and pencil.

I have a small spiral pad that I keep in my purse (so I know where it is all

the time) and I write down BGs when I test, what I ate and when. It works

Just Fine. I also have two other small spiral books that I call " breakfast

log " and " lunch log " with the variable BG numbers on the corner of each page.

Every time I take my BG before each meals I enter it in this log then I have

something to refer to when deciding how much insulin to take for next meal.

Oh, forgot to mention..I'm a type 1, controlled with exercise, diet, lowcarb

(or moderate carb) and insulin. Vicki

Here is something else I would like. I would be interested in the forms you

use for monitoring information. I need to keep track of food, exercise,

meds and more. I'd like a roomy form where I could be detailed. Anyone

know of one to download on line. I know I could make my own on Word, but

I'd really like to see something special, maybe including line items that I

wouldn't think of.

Jo
