Guest guest
that is too easy. it never works that way. that recipe is always thin and kind of gritty. here's an easy, no-fail way: 1 part butter. Melt. Add minced garlic cloves to taste. Add 1 part whole milk, warmed in the microwave. Add 2 parts grated parmesean slowly, stirring. even better, a parmesean/romano mix Add cream cheese by the tbsp until mixture is desired thickness. That recipe took me four years to get right. She'll love it, I promise! The ultimate injustice? I can't eat dairy anymore!!!! AGH!!!!!! Jacquie

Guest guest
That's the way I make it, and it's yummy. If you like, you can add some parsley and garlic.
