Guest guest
~ I know where you're coming from about being discouraged. I thinkt hat if you have to have her out of the band for a day or so, it will be ok. Jaxson (my little guy) has had several days out of his, for different reasons, fever, spots, etc. But, after having his CranioCap since Dec 4, we are seeing a difference in his head - definately the bossing and even in the back now. We have had it off maybe 6 or 7 nights total since the day he got it and he's still doing ok!! Definately ask on Monday about it though. When the spots go away on Jax, his skin looks normal again. Good luck to you and your little angel!! Guest guest
I would just keep her out of it until monday. I'm sure they can shave away a spot or soften it so you won't have any more red spots. Once they do the skin will return to normal and be fine. Let us know what happens monday. Guest guest
Hi , It is very, very common to need an adjustment or a few in the beginning of treatment. Don't be discouraged, an adjustment is probably all that is needed. It is very important to make sure the band is off when any red mark lasts longer then an hour. Yes, the skin does get back to normal after the red mark completely goes away, it just takes some time. Let us know how you make out on Monday. > Ellen is out of her band again this spot is smaller but a looks worst- > stays depressed after being out of band all night. Guest guest
Sorry to hear Ellen is having red spot trouble again . It often takes a couple times to get that perfect fit, but it will be worth it! Hang in there. And yes, the skin does go back to normal. Let us know how it goes Monday. , mom to Hannah, DOCgrad Cape Cod, Ma > Ellen is out of her band again this spot is smaller but a looks worst- > stays depressed after being out of band all night.
