Although we did download " Mapopolis " , and well I usually know where I am so

I don't need GPS, I just need directions on how to get from point A to point

B.

No digicam module either, but we already have a 2 digital cams and dh just

downloaded the pics from the cam to the visor.

I think the 2 of you are pretty equal in Geekdom.

Now, if you can answer a question for me (or actually solve a problem) then

I will crown you King of geeks. I want to read my P_A mail on the visor,

but when I sync up the mail, I don't get any text because of the d*** yahoo

ad (exceeds size limit). Dh suggested I get digest instead of individual

mails. Do you have any other ideas?

I use mine with Outlook (which I abhor) because it integrates so

tightly with my scheduling/meeting stuff.

You shouldn't have too much weird stuff; it's pretty straight-

forward on the Palm side.

But the question of the night is: did you get the GPS and the

digicam modules with it???

Yep - That is the problem, but nope that doesn't fix it. Doing that doesn't

seem to change the size of the file.

I have the palm set to truncate at 8000 characters, and the messages are

still too big.

Bummer.

I'd like more ideas if you have any....eventually I'll get dh to find the

version of Netmanage with Hot Sync capabilities, then go back to old

faithful. Although that probably won't help this problem.

Is it too big because it's trying to send the graphics for the ads?

Because then it should just be a matter of changing your

settings in yahoogroups to receive the messages formatted as

plaintext instead of html...
