Guest guest Posted November 18, 2004 Report Share Posted November 18, 2004 FINALLY we will have heat. My mom is paying my back bill plus for a shippment of oil. She's a good mom. She said "And when can you pay me back for this??" I told her I would see if it would be this pay check or not and she said "don't count on it" because she knows our financial situation. Sooooo, that tells me that she's willing to wait a while. I will give her at least $100 towards it (it will be about $600) so she knows we're making an effort. I'm thrilled. Last night I froze my ass off just getting out of my warm bed and taking a pee. My mom had offered when we ran out, to help us get fuel and I told her no because we couldn't pay her back. But when I froze last night, I got back in bed and told my husband "I'm getting that money off of mom!!!" So, We will be warm in a few hours. cool. I know i have to keep my heat down cuz we cant afford the high bills so i am cold most of the nights and it just is not good on the muscles being so tense from the cold.... And, I have the BEST mom. Not only because she helps me out but because she is who and what she is. She is wonderful. I love her and don't even want to think about her ever being gone. scarey. While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general.2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better.Have a nice day everyone.
