Hey, come to Michigan. School starts here on Jan. 3! My kids are fine as

long as I don't take them anywhere :c(. They used to love going shopping,

not now. is highly stressed everywhere we go, but he doesn't seem to

know what's causing it, or can't name the cause to me. I think the onset of

puberty is part of the problem. I think it may be a long ride...

, I love the smell of clean floors. In my house thou floors get cleaned

about once every 2 weeks. Do you know that the Avon Bubble Bath in any flavor is

good to wash your floors with. It removes stains and has a really nice smell to

it. I like the peach and green apple.

I know what you are thinking. If it removes stains what does it do to you in the

bath. I don't know I only use it to wash the van and the floors.

Is it Over Yet?

I want school to start, I want regular schedules, I want routine and

predictability. Instead I have holidays, kids that are way off

kilter, upcoming meetings, more testing to schedule, placement

questions, forms to fill out and things like income records and birth

certificates to find, medications and therapies to figure out, and

grandfather's funeral to attend.

Salli, I hear there's a yak train leaving soon for parts

unknown....I'm thinking of packing my bags. Want to come too?

I thought when I was young (and foolish) that I wanted an interesting

life. I know now that I really like boring predictability and

mundane routines. I like the seasons to come in order, and time to

plant in the garden flowers that bloom with the seasons. I like to

wallpaper the bedrooms and breathe the smell of clean washed floors.

I like having a clean floor I can sit on and play legos with the

kids. About the only thing I can count on is the sun still rising

and setting and the seasons rolling around. The rest is highly

unlikely.

I have two weeks, but I agree on the sleeping in part. I tend to wake up at

the same time but it is nice to lie in bed and read a bit until the others

get up.
