Guest guest Posted January 15, 2004 Report Share Posted January 15, 2004 Hi ! Yes, we're still here and 's doing good in his band. I took him to see Bill for an adjustment this morning. I told him about 's helmet moving up the back of his head when he's repeatedly turning his head to the left as he falls asleep. What he did was glue two pieces of foam to the inside one on each corner at the neck area. So far it seems to be working! We also talked about my problems with the insurance company. It turns out Bill was out of network the day got his helmet on 11/26. However, that following Monday, on 12/1, they signed a contract with BC/BS and are now in-network. So, if I had just waited until the Monday after Thanksgiving to get his helmet I would not be having these problems! GRRR!!! Anyway, he told me he had ordered that book from www.plagiocoach.com (it's in our links section I think) and spoke highly of it. So, if I can't get this mess sorted out on my own I'll look into buying that book myself. is still growing like a weed, he gained one lb. between 6 and 7 months! Thanks for asking about us! They have a head remolding device exclusion. I think it is great that Bill ordered that book. He can probably help get everything together to fight the insurance. With this last growth spurt you can definitely see a difference. I still think he has some time left before he's finished but we're just happy to see some results!
