Guest guest
>>I have noticed it relaxes me at first then later maybe 3-4 hrs before another dose I feel kind of wired. Is this just because I need a 2nd dose, not sure thanks all!<< Yes this is because cvortisol only lasts in your body for 4 hours and some times if we are really low it will not last quite that long. It is a sign it is time to take more. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV My Ebay Jewelry Store (Closing after Xmas!!!) http://stores.ebay.com/valeriescrystalcreations http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Every 4 hours? I start to get an internal buzzing around hour 3. From the way I read your post, it seems that you're not dosing every 4 hours? Guest guest
I try to dose in that range but not always, sounds like every 4 hrs is a requirement? I was kind of hoping not but if it requires that regime can do so, if it means healing my adrenals.... Internal buzzing that's it, what is that about I wonder, I guess it is a good thing thanks .... > > > > I wondered if anyone experience heart palps or at least increase in > > heart rate a few hours after taking HC. Guest guest
I get this, usually around 10:30/11 am when I'm due for my noon dose. I don't lik the feeling at all. Guest guest
My point exactly, it feels hyper, which I will avoid at all costs..even on 10mg of HC I still can't tolerate armour, I'm going back to teeny bit of t4 which helps start the engines in the morning, which is usually the toughest time for the adrenals. Ive been taking glandulars for repair but they dont do much for energy, have a good weekend everybody! > > I get this, usually around 10:30/11 am when I'm due for my noon dose. My guess is that it's the adrenals TRYING to do something, but not very successfully. It's probably better if the HC can just make things run smoothly without the adrenal attempts that result in the buzzing.
Guest guest
I was actually 1/2 joking, as I'm just starting to get this sensation. It is a little like what I feel like on Armour but much nore relaxed. Its probably because we have been so low on HC for so long our bodies are just trying to adjust. I figure I have had adrenal issues since I was in my teens, so that was a few years ago if you know what I mean LOL. One thing I have not learned to do is to trust the meds and have patience, I switch something every week to try to tweak things, instead of running the course of something for a few weeks. What I have spend on supplements in the last few years I would hate to think. I know I have to give the HC a try for at least 3-6 months, cause I get glimpses of really feeling good again, and when I hear some success on our forum, it is very encouraging. Anyway, thanks for listening to my ranting, take care . > > > > I try to dose in that range but not always, sounds like every 4 hrs > > is a requirement?
