Sound's like you are in a Fibro Flare..((((Norma))))

It really suck's to have Fibro doesn't it? It's hard enough on us to have this "Un-Known" Illness. feel so tired all the time and constant pain..

To have those who we care about and who care about us. to just add more stress..

I am sorry you and your husband had an argument. I am sure he is just feeling over whelmed. WE all need to remeber. that our Illness is just as hard on our Famlie's as it is on us. just in diffrent way's..

You Take Care. Rest all you can and DO NOT feel guilty..

Gentle Caring Hug's.

I had just about the same argument with my Hubbin yesterday. I was trying to sort out paperwork for my work and start xmas gifts and my kid was chasing me around whining about his brother and videogames and all of the sudden Hubbin just sort of unloaded on me.

Well, once tempers cooled we negotiated some improvements (common goals) and then I took a full ambien and slept over 10 hours. He seemed to understand that and it made me feel better.

Guilt is bad - get rid of it.

Hello everybody. I am having quite a day today. I had three hours sleep then got up for breakfast at 5 a.m. went back to bed and I'm up at nine. Now I feel like I have the flu. My husband and I had an argrment last night about keeping the dishes done and the house clean. He knows I can't do things but I think he was just feeling overwhelmed with everything he is required to do. I went to bed feeling guilty about that. I feel nauseated and dizzy. I am sooooo tired. I've read all the emails so far today so maybe I'll go back to bed. This really sucks.:-(

1. While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general.2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better.Have a nice day everyone.

Sounds just like my night on Monday. I think it was monday. My dh came in from working 12 hours, my son ran to see him (my parents were here; they live next door and came to see us cause daddy was leaving for a hunting trip in the morning) and as he's running past me, he slapped me 5 times. I had had it with them all day so I smacked him back. He starts screaming. My dad, who always has his nose in the way I raise my kids, said "why did you do that?" and my husband says "yeah, why did you do that?" and I didn't answer either of them, so my dh screams at me "I said why did you do that????!!!!" and I said "because he smacked me 5 times as he's running to you" as Jake is still screaming. Then Andy starts crying, mom and dad are just standing there staring in disbelief (they were standing because they were getting ready to leave). Then my husband starts saying stuff like "well, I'm sure glad I signed up for OT" and "Now I know why I never want to come home" and then he said something with the F word in it. My parents just said bye and I said bye to my daddy. then when they leave, he starts to throw stuff, says he might as well not come home and my commment was "Fine. Don't. But make sure the paycheck gets in the bank so I have money to raise your kids" then he throws something else. He throws rather than hitting me or the kids! What's worse? (I don't have to ask that. We all know). After things calmed down, we talked and he assured me that he would still be coming home but he asked for "just 15 minutes to unwind before I get attacked by the kids". yeah, don't I wish I had that sometime during the day. never happens.

It just must be full moon for the men or something.

Sweetie, can you go to the doctor if you feel like you have the flu? I'm

sorry you're feeling so horrible and that your hubby is riding you about the

dishes and stuff. I know that feeling all too well. Tell him a clean house

is nothing compared to your health...

I am praying that you feel better when you read this. I hate to hear of

anyone being ill on top of having fibro and so many other problems...

Love and hugs,

Dawn in FL
