Guest guest
Hello, Ever since I've taken Zoloft (7 years) I have been really constipated (sorry for the crappy topic, lol!) Now since I've cut down (to 75mg over three months), I've had a very odd itchy feeling in my stomach. It seems to be related somehow to being unconstipated again. The itching goes on forever and drives me crazy. Either I'm a bit strange (!) or could this be that my stomach is adjusting to the change? Bye! It plays a role in bowel motility. That's why you've been constipated. The " itching " is possibly the serotonin and receptors trying to work properly again. I can probably recommend a homeopathic remedy but I need more to go on. Please tell me all symptoms, not just stomach. Anythnig you would perceive as out of the ordinary for the average person is what I'm looking for. Regards, >

The itching always becomes worse after a bowel movement, and after exercise I find it itches too. During my menstrual cycle, I find it is the worst, and it seems to itch even in the vaginal region. This goes on for about two days. I've had a colonoscopy and nothing was found. My stomach has just been in a knot for years, and since I've taken magnesium (600mg daily), my stomach has relaxed, but the itching has worsened. I hope this is an okay description of my symptoms for you! Thanks again,
