I couldn't agree more - and if you can get to the fear of pain, the rest WILL go away - you need a partner that is understanding, patient and trust=worthy. You need to be able to try alternative things as we have talked about before on this site. YOU need to be patient with yourself and celebrate small victories like a sexual encounter without any pain! By the way found a new lubrication that works without pain - Aveeno Skin moisturizing lotion - not as fluid as the regular ones, but works nicely and less messy and makes you feel better!
