Guest guest
Kim, I'm so sorry to hear this. I think some doctors really do have a " God complex. " It makes me soooo mad that they think it's ok to NOT tell us things about OUR children! It really hope something comes about from your complaints. Please keep us posted. --- In Plagiocephaly , " kasaint_2 " <kasaint_2@y...> wrote: > Hey all - > I posted this in the tort group but thought I would let those of you > that don't read the posts in that group know this. > As you know, I had problems with Jaxson's ped last week and asked > for his medical records to be sent to me so I can change peds. Guest guest
Hi Kim... now the attorney in me got really mad. And then the doctors say that most malpractice suits are unreasonable or, as we say, frivolous. Maybe, if you talk to another doctor he would say that no harm was done since Jaxson is getting the treatment he needs but the harm was definitely done. Jaxson was left with an untreated medical condition, sometimes painful, that undoubtely had some serious results at present time. I would definetely try to get some action done. Good luck on your " butt kicking " ... lol!!! Guest guest
Kim, That would make me soooooooooooo mad! I can't believe they never told you after identifying the tort! 's ped never commented on the tort one way or the other (just focused on the plagio and sent us to cranial tech) - I'm grateful he was on top of the plagio, but wish he looked for the tort. I know he's more on top of this now - she was the first patient in their practice banded... I'm glad you're on the right road now! Guest guest
Wow Kim, I'm so sorry. How frustrating. I hope something comes of your complaints and that you find a better doc for Jaxson. I'll keep my fingers crossed for good news regarding the hip dysplaisia for you. , mom to Hannah, DOCgrad Cape Cod, Ma --- In Plagiocephaly , " kasaint_2 " <kasaint_2@y...> wrote: > Hey all - > I posted this in the tort group but thought I would let those of you > that don't read the posts in that group know this. > As you know, I had problems with Jaxson's ped last week and asked > for his medical records to be sent to me so I can change peds.
