2nd flush successful?

Greetings!

I did my second flush two weeks ago, and got appx. 100 small and

medium sized stones out. This flush was a bit harder than the first,

only because I had 2 weeks to psyche myself out on the nastiness of

the epsom.

I did everything according to schedule, but Sunday, after I'd

finished using the bathroom, I had an luncheon date that I had to go

to. Instead of eating light, I ate pizza. That was bad, but what's

worse is that I went on a date later that evening and drank beer.

Does eating and drinking 'heavy' things after a flush damage the

liver or reverse the goodness of the cleanse?

Any info is appreciated. M
