I don't have a Bran a Crisp package to look at, and I know they are higher in

carbs than GG brand (which has only 1 carb after deducting fiber) G/G are the

ones I use since I bought a case of them from the distributor since I

couldn't find them locally. These have to do for me because they aren't

filled with a bunch of other junk like regular bread is. GG brand ingredients

are: unprocessed wheat bran, rye flour, and salt.

One package lasts me quite a while because I only eat 1 or 2 at a time. (2

for tuna melt)

My Tuna Melt

1 spear Forman's Dill Pickle, chopped

1 slice onion,chopped

2 T Mayonnaise

2 oz. Cheddar Cheese

2 G/G Crispbreads

Protein: 16.79

Fiber: 8.17

Calories: 368.2

Carbs : 7.41
